If you believe you have lost an item while travelling on an LMS Travel service, please contact us as soon as possible using the form below and select Lost Property as the type of query.
When submitting a lost property enquiry, please include:
• The bus route number
• Date and approximate time of travel
• A clear description of the lost item
While we make every effort to reunite passengers with lost items, LMS Travel cannot accept responsibility for items left on vehicles.
