Easy Boarding & Priority Seating

All buses have low-floor access and priority seating at the front for those who need it.

Wheelchair Access

Our fleet is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and a designated space on every bus. Drivers are happy to assist.

Assistance & Guide Dogs

Passengers traveling with assistance or guide dogs are always welcome. Dogs can travel free of charge and should remain safely by your seat without blocking the aisle.

Pets

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not allow pets on our buses, except for guide or assistance dogs.

Next-Stop Alerts

Audio-visual announcements are available on many buses, and smartphone alerts can be set via travel apps in line with 2026 accessibility standards.
